Go to findcare.lablue.com.
For best results, click Log in to log in to your MyLABlue account so your network and location are already selected. If you do not log in, you must manually select your network and enter your city, state, or zip.
In the search bar, enter provider's first and last name, or enter specialty or provider type (such as neurologist, hospital, or specialty pharmacy).
Select provider name or type in dropdown list that displays. If you don’t see what you need in the dropdown list, click the blue magnifying glass icon. A list of providers matching your search criteria displays.
