You can cancel a Studio order and get automatically refunded as long as it has not entered in production.
Note that once the order enters in production, you can't cancel it anymore and it is not refundable.
To cancel a Studio order, follow one of the two methods listed below.
From the Studio orders dashboard
Navigate to your Studio orders dashboard and find the order you want to cancel
By clicking on the "three dots" icon at the right end of an order line, you can access more actions
Click on "Cancel order" - your order is automatically cancelled and you'll get refunded on your card in 48-72h
From the Studio order detailed page
Navigate to your Studio order detailed page (LINK)
In the top right corner, click on "Cancel order" - your order is automatically cancelled and you'll get refunded on your card in 48-72h
