In the Studio, once you've created print-on-demand products you can :

Please refer to our article Using Lama as a print-on-demand platform to find out more how it works.

You can use the Studio independently from the Lama Store. In other words, if you have already an online store, you can use the Studio like a traditional print-on-demand platform and order products manually.

Can I connect my store to Lama (eg. API) ?

Unfortunately, it is for now not possible to connect third party ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Squarespace or Etsy to the Studio so as to automate your order fulfillments. But you can still use the Studio and fulfill your orders with us (see below) !

For large accounts (several hundred orders per month), we can consider building a custom integration. If you're in this case, please contact us at hello@lama.co.

How to fulfill my orders then ?

It's very simple. Do as follow :

  1. Create your products in the Studio (LINK) - your Studio product dashboard should follow what is on sale on your store

  2. When you have a sale, log into your Lama account, navigate to the Studio cart page and recreate your store sale with the all the products you've sold

  3. When checking out, in the shipping details page, enter your final customer information - make sure to enter all info accurately !

  4. Validate your order by processing the payment - and you're good !

  5. You'll receive an email when your order is shipped to your customer. You can track your order status in your Studio order dashboard. Make sure to forward to your customer the tracking link as we won't send any email (but depending on the carrier, they might do so).

Please refer to our article Ship Studio products directly to my customer (manual dropshipping) to get more information.
