Please note that :
Studio order tracking only occurs once the Studio has shipped your order
You'll automatically receive an email with the tracking link
It might take up to 24 hours for the tracking info to appear on the carrier company tracking portal
To track the delivery of your Studio order, follow one of the two methods listed below.
From the Studio orders dashboard
Navigate to your Studio orders dashboard and find the order your searching for
By clicking on the "three dots" icon at the right end of an order line, you can access more actions
Click on "Track delivery" - you'll be automatically redirected to the carrier company tracking portal
From the Studio order detailed page
Navigate to your Studio order detailed page (LINK)
Scroll down to the "Fulfillment" tab, and click on "Track delivery" in the right end of the tab β you'll be automatically redirected to the carrier company tracking portal
Note that your order can be shipped in multiple shipments - if so, several fulfillment lines will appear in this section
Once the fulfillment is complete (i.e., all the products have been shipped), the indication "Fulfillment complete" will appear in the top right corner of this section
You can also "copy the tracking link" by clicking the "link" icon at the right end of the fulfillment line
See a specific fulfillment details
In your Studio order detailed page (LINK), scroll down to the "Fulfillment" tab
By clicking on the fulfillment line, a side drawer will appear on the right of your screen displaying more information about this specific shipment (eg. fulfillment date, delivery status, tracking link, and the products in the shipment)
This is particularly useful if your order has been shipped in multiple shipments and you want to see which products are where
