Most people, when joining pay by credit card.  However, some of our longer-standing members pay by direct debit.

The direct debit service we use is run by a company called GoCardless.  They deal with the setup of the direct debit, and then collect the money from your bank account and pass it on to us.

If you need to change your details or the bank account, there are two ways to do this:

  1. You can ring the GoCardless support team on 020 7183 8674 who should be able to update your details.  There is also a contact form here. Please can you try to do this before your payment is due as otherwise, there may be issues. Tell GoCardless that you pay an annual (or monthly) subscription to Landlord Law Services via the Woo Commerce payment system on their website.

  2. If GoCardless are unable to update your details for any reason, then we will have to cancel your current membership so you can sign up again.  If this is going to be necessary please contact us.

Amending details and signing up has to be done by you, so I am afraid it is no good sending us your bank or other details. We are not allowed to sign up for you or amend your details with GoCardless due to their security rules.
