The Portal makes it easy to review your school's YTD attendance rate. In the Dashboard, you can quickly see the status of essential indicators such as your school's YTD attendance rate. This helps you quickly assess your school's attendance progress to make more informed decisions about student support opportunities and improve students' attendance.

Overview
Review your school's YTD attendance rate
Follow these steps to review your school's YTD attendance rate in the Portal:
Click on Dashboard from the main left sidenav
Click on the YTD attendance tile to navigate to the Breakdown view
Use the 2nd dropdown to filter for the students you want to view and the 3rd dropdown to group your students
Hover over each bar in the graph to view the percentage of students falling into the different attendance risk groups
Below the bar graph, review the data in tabular form. Hover over a column header for more information
Click on a row in the table to review the Student list
Visit Creating and Assigning Supports to assign these students to supports in the Portal
