Hey there! 🌅

The Portal makes it easy to identify students in your school who are struggling with attendance and in need of attendance support. In the Attendance List, users can focus on a specific group of students and hone in on different periods such as attendance for the previous school day, attendance last five days, attendance last ten days, and more. In each list view, you can group students in various ways. One grouping option is by the Risk group. Grouping by Risk group allows you to identify students in your school who struggle with attendance with no attendance support. A support is an ongoing, regular activity that is aimed at improving students’ outcomes.

Assigning students struggling with attendance to an attendance support allows you to see which supports are being offered at your school, details about who the support is serving, who is leading the support, and where and when the support is occurring. This allows you to monitor the progress of students assigned to attendance support to better understand students’ support needs.
