Our insurance has a waiting period of 14 days. This means that the insurance does not cover illnesses that have appeared within 14 days of the insurance being started.
The waiting period does not apply in the event of an accident.
For a puppy or kitten that is insured before it is 120 days old, the insurance applies immediately (without a waiting period of 14 days) if there is a veterinary certificate without remarks. The certificate may not be more than seven days old.
