Pre-existing chronic conditions
Any illness that existed before the start of the insurance or developed during the waiting period and is classified as chronic (lasting at least 8 weeks).
Treatments and surgeries related to a pre-existing chronic condition
Any medical procedures directly linked to an existing chronic illness are excluded from reimbursement.
Complications or secondary conditions resulting from a pre-existing chronic illness
If a new illness or complication arises as a direct result of a pre-existing chronic condition, it will not be covered.
