At Lassie, you are committed for 12 months upon signing your contract.
You have 14 days after subscribing or receiving the contract documents to cancel without any reason or penalty.
To do this, contact us by email at the following address: contact@lassie.fr or via the chat on our website or app, providing your personal information and insurance number.
We will cancel your contract and refund your first monthly payment.
⚠ If a claim is filed or if the preventive budget is used during these 14 days, you will no longer be able to exercise your right to cancel.
After your first year of commitment, you can cancel at any time as long as no reimbursement request has been filed: if a request has been made, you are re-committing for another 12-month period.
