At Lassie, the insurance contract is fully subscribed online through the website or the Lassie app.
You can create and confirm a quote in the app by clicking on the "+" symbol at the top right of the screen!
Answer a few questions about your pet, and you’ll receive your price estimate in just a few seconds.
After receiving, reading, and accepting the terms of the contract and making the payment for the premiums, you consent to the insurance offer. Lassie will then send you a welcome email containing the insurance product information document (IPID) and your insurance contract, which includes the special and general conditions, to the email address provided during the subscription.
If you’re using the Lassie app, all contract documents will also be accessible within the app under the same email address.
Go to the "Insurance" tab and click on "View details" to access all your insurance-related documents!
