You can create a new sales order without going through the quotation process. To do this, use the NEW button at the bottom of the screen.

Click on New Sales Order.

This will open a window in which you can enter the details of the new sales order. You can choose to link this to a new or existing opportunity, or you can elect not to link to an opportunity.
