The Error Queue will show you details of all failed synchronisation transactions that were attempted from The Layer to Sage.

It is available to any user with Settings access by clicking on Sage / Intacct (this may require Beta role).

Click the Sage Setup or Intacct Setup link on the left side.

You can retry a transaction sync here. If it fails again you will be notified, and the Retry Count will increment. Successful retries will be removed from this view.

You can also see the error message that was thrown when the transaction failed.
