The Mail Triage app allows users to hide messages from the inbox. This is done by selecting Hide Message from the Actions menu.
Hidden messages can be viewed by clicking on the Show Hidden button in the top-right of the screen.
Selecting Restore Message will un-hide that email. You can click Exit Hidden View to return to the normal inbox view.
We also offer the ability to export an audit of Hide Message transactions. This is accessed by clicking Download Hide Audit, which is accessible from the Hidden View.
This export use XLS format, and contains the following fields:
Date Hidden
Date Received
Hiding User
Subject
To Email
From Email
From Name
Mail Agent Name
Mail Agent Address
