Create a new user on Office 365; Make sure that this account has the Global Admin Privileges.
Apply the Microsoft 365 license types that are supported by Sage, as outlined in this document.

Microsoft 365 E3 (formally Office 365 Enterprise 3)
Microsoft 365 E5 (formally Office 365 Enterprise 5)
Microsoft 365 A1 (faculty and student)
Microsoft 365 A3 (faculty and student)
Microsoft 365 A5 (faculty and student)
Request the latest version of the O365 Order Form from bpsales@sage.com
Once received, fill in the form as required, or send this to your Layer project team for completion on your behalf, using the newly created address above as the O365 user.
Send this form to channelsalessupport@sage.com and await response.
Once accepted by Sage, you will receive an email from Microsoft within 48 hours confirming that your subscription has been linked to your Sage account.

Click on the Get Started link within the email and sign in with your Sage Admin (sageadmin@yourcompany.com) administrator account that you created and you should see a screen similar to the below:
Check the details, and click on Accept when you're ready.
Wait some time while the permissions are applied to the account.
Installing Azure Active Directory Proxy Tunnel for Sage 200 Professional API
Download the Azure Application Proxy Installer. You will have to login using your Sage account to download this file.
Install this on the Sage Server and login using your Sage Admin (sageadmin@yourcompany.com) administrator account when prompted by the installer.
