The Custom Labels feature in the Lead Generation tool allows you to add a label to a contact so you can return to it and see what action was taken. For example, if you wanted to call someone without first exporting that contact to your CRM, you could call them from your phone and then mark that contact as "Called" in the Lead Generation tool.

Using Custom Labels in Lead Search: A Quick Guide
Access Lead Search: Go to the lead search section in your menu.
Explore Custom Labels: Click on custom labels and review pre-set options like messaged, emailed, and exported to CSV.
Add New Labels: Click to add a label, such as "qualified" for interested leads.
