How should I handle it if a lead says our ad promised an unrealistic policy?

Our ads do not promise any specific policies so you will address that and move on with what we can offer. Example: “Thank you for your feedback, [client]. Our ads don’t promise any specific policy, so I am able to find the right fit and help everyone I meet with. Based on your request you were looking for…..”
