How do I order leads?

Quility Leads Marketplace generates leads from multiple sources to help ensure there are continued new business opportunities for our agents. Providing different communication channels of choice to potential clients, allows for a diverse range of client types and opportunities to meet client needs with different products. These leads are all integrated into our technology platforms to maximize performance and visibility.

How you place an order for QLM leads will depend on the type of lead you are wanting.

Before placing an order in HQ, you will need to:

  1. Have a valid default credit card on file

    1. Click the profile icon in the top right corner of HQ

    2. Click Account Balance or follow this Account Ledger Link

    3. Click Add Payment Method

    4. Add the card details in the resulting window

    5. Click Save Payment Method

    6. Ensure the desired payment method is marked as the default

  2. Sync your Switchboard account to HQ

    1. From the Overview (or the Dashboard) in SB, click on "Sync HQ".

    2. Login to HQ when prompted to register/connect the accounts.

  3. Write at least 2 apps

Digital Lighthouse Leads

Before placing an order in HQ, be sure to have a valid default credit card on file in HQ and have your Switchboard account synced.

To place an order for Lighthouse Leads:

  1. From the left Navigation Menu in HQ, select 'Leads' to expand the Lead Administration submenu.

  2. Select the desired Lead Category: ‘Lighthouse Leads’ (LH)

  3. Click ‘Create a New Order’ to open the digital order form window.

  4. Expand the ‘States’ dropdown and mark the box next to the desired States.

Note: The selected number of states requested cannot exceed the number of leads requested. For example, with the minimum order of 5, you can select up to 5 states. We highly recommend selecting as many states as you can/are licensed in and including at least one high-population state, such as Texas or California, where possible.

5. Select the desired ‘Product Type’.

6. Enter the ‘Quantity’ of Leads desired.

Note: A minimum quantity of 5 is required.

7. Mark the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions.

8. Click ‘Place Standing Order’.

Digital Economy A Leads

Before placing an order in HQ, be sure to have a valid default credit card on file in HQ and have your Switchboard account synced.

To place an order for Economy Leads:

  1. From the left Navigation Menu in HQ, select ‘Leads’ to expand the Lead Administration submenu.

  2. Select the desired Lead Category: ‘Economy A Leads’

  3. Click ‘Create a New Order’ to open the digital order form window.

  4. Expand the States dropdown and mark the box next to the desired States. (Note: The number of states requested cannot exceed the number of leads requested.)

  5. Enter the Quantity of Leads desired. (Note: A minimum quantity of 10 is required.)

  6. Mark the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions.

  7. Click Place Standing Order!


Analog leads

Quility Leads Marketplace allows agents to purchase analog leads in two ways to help fit your needs best, Standing Lead Orders (SLO) and One-time Lead Order (OTLO) from inventory.

A Standing Lead Order is a weekly subscription service. You sign up for a maximum amount of leads each week and pay a deposit to fund the order, and when leads become available they are allocated in real-time and the cost of each lead is deducted from the balance. This allows for predictable billing and a consistent source of opportunities to help you build a business. Standing Lead Orders get priority for new leads each week.

A One-time Lead Order from inventory allows you to purchase a specific quantity and timing of leads when requested, but dependent only on what is available in inventory.

Top agents establish Standing Lead Orders to build their consistent foundation and leverage one-time inventory orders to augment their other lead orders when they have extra capacity, or there is a specific state that has extra inventory that they can service.

Mail-In A Standing Lead Order

Standing A Lead Orders for Mail-In Mortgage Protection leads are placed by submitting a completed PDF Lead Order form to the Leads Support team. The form needs to be sent to your AO for approval prior to being sent to the Leads Department.

To place a Mail-In A Standing Lead order:

  1. Download the PDF Mail-In (MI) Mortgage Protection A Lead Order form from the from the Leads Orders Page in HQ:

    1. Login to HQ.

    2. From the left Navigation Menu, select ‘Support’. Click the ‘Leads’ tile from the Support Hub.

    3. Click ‘Leads Orders’ from the Resource links on the right.

    4. Under Placing Mail-In A Standing Lead Orders via PDF, locate and download the Order Form.

  2. Complete the PDF Order form by filling it out digitally or printing, writing, and scanning the form.

    1. Fill out the form for your desired state and number of leads.

      1. ​Note: A minimum of 5 leads is required.

    2. Fill out your payment information and ensure all signatures are provided including your Agency Owner.

  3. Submit a Support ticket with the Order form by emailing Leads@Quility.com or:

    1. From the ‘Leads’ Tile in Support, click ‘Submit a Support Ticket’ at the bottom of the page.

    2. Enter your name, E-mail, and “Mail-In A Lead Standing Order” as the description of your request.

    3. Attach the completed Lead Order Form as a file.

    4. Click ‘Submit’ and you will be notified once your order has been received and processed.

  4. Orders will be billed via Quility Billing for the full amount to fulfill a week’s order of leads.

Call-In A Standing Lead Order

Standing Call-In orders are placed in HQ. Before placing an order in HQ, be sure to have a valid default credit card on file in HQ and have your Switchboard account synced.

To place an order for Call-In leads in HQ:

  1. From the left Navigation Menu, click ‘Leads’ to expand the Lead Administration submenu.

  2. Select the desired Lead Channel: Call-In Leads

  3. Click ‘Create a New Order’ to open the order form window.

  4. Expand the States dropdown and mark the box next to the desired States.

    1. Note: The number of states requested cannot exceed the number of leads requested.

  5. Enter the Quantity of Leads desired.

    1. Note: A minimum quantity of 5 is required

  6. Mark the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions.

  7. Click ‘Place Standing Order’

  8. Orders placed via HQ will be approved by the Leads Department. Upon approval, agents will be charged the full amount to fulfill a week’s order of Leads.

One-time purchase of Mail-In A or Call-In A leads from Opt! inventory

One-time orders for Analog A leads are placed in Opt!. To place a one-time order for Mail-In A or Call-In A leads:

  1. In Opt!, click the Lead Orders tile.

  2. Click the Lead Order tab at the top of the screen.

  3. In the drop-down menu, select your lead type.

  4. In the drop-down menu, select your state.

  5. In the table on the right, the available leads are displayed by county and lead level. For the desired county and lead level, click the corresponding box to open the Add To Cart window.

  6. Enter your desired number of leads in the Order Qty box. Click the green Add button to place the leads in your Shopping Cart.

  7. In the top right corner, click the green cart button to view your Order Summary and check out.

  8. To utilize any available Lead Credit balance, mark the Apply Credit on Charge box.

  9. Review and accept the Terms & Conditions, then click Pay Now to place your order.

  10. After entering your payment info and accepting the terms and conditions, you are good to go! Your Agency Owner will need to approve this order before you receive your leads.


Bonus leads

Bonus Standing Lead Order

Bonus Standing Lead Orders (BSLO) can be placed by submitting a completed Lead Order Form from the Lead orders page in HQ (instructions below).

For Bonus Standing Lead Orders, we allow a maximum quantity of leads per level for each Bonus Lead Type per agent as noted on the order forms.

  1. Download the desired Bonus Standing Lead form: Mail-In (MI) Bonus, Call-In Bonus, or External Vendor from the Leads Orders Page in HQ:

    1. Login to HQ.

    2. From the left Navigation Menu, select ‘Support’. Click the ‘Leads’ tile from the Support Hub.

    3. Click ‘Leads Orders’ from the Resource links on the right.

    4. Under Placing Bonus Standing Lead Orders via PDF, locate and download the desired Order Form.

  2. Complete the PDF Order form by filling it out digitally or printing, writing, and scanning the form.

    1. Fill out the form for your desired location and number of leads per level.

    2. Note: Depending on the Lead Channel, we allow a maximum quantity of leads per level as noted on the order forms.

    3. Fill out your payment information and ensure all signatures are provided in both Signature locations.

  3. Submit a Support ticket with the Order form by emailing Leads@Quility.com or:

    1. From the ‘Leads’ Tile in Support, click ‘Submit a Support Ticket’ at the bottom of the page.

    2. Enter your name, E-mail, and “Bonus Lead Standing Order” as the description of your request.

    3. Attach the completed Lead Order Form as a file.

    4. Click ‘Submit’ and you will be notified once your order has been received and processed.

  4. Orders will be billed via Opt to the default card on file.

One-time Lead Order of Bonus level Leads from Opt! inventory

One-Time Lead Orders of Bonus leads can be placed in Opt!.

  1. In Opt!, click the Lead Orders tile.

  2. Click the Instant Purchase tab at the top of the screen.

  3. In the drop-down menu, select your lead type.

  4. In the drop-down menu, select your state.

  5. In the table on the right, the available leads are displayed by county and lead level. For the desired county and lead level, click the corresponding box to open the Add To Cart window.

  6. Enter your desired number of leads in the Order Qty box. Click the green Add button to place the leads in your Shopping Cart.

  7. In the top right corner, click the green cart button to view your Order Summary and check out.

  8. To utilize any available Lead Credit balance, mark the Apply Credit on Charge box.

  9. Review and accept the Terms & Conditions, then click Pay Now to place your order.

  10. After entering your payment info and accepting the terms and conditions, you are good to go!


Recruiting Leads

Before placing an order in HQ, be sure to have a valid default credit card on file in HQ and have your Switchboard account synced.

To place a standing order for Recruiting Leads:

  1. From the left Navigation Menu, select ‘Leads’ to expand the Lead Administration submenu.

  2. Select the desired Lead Category: ‘Recruiting Leads’ (REC)

  3. Click ‘Create a New Order’ to open the digital order form window.

  4. Expand the States dropdown and mark the box next to the desired States.

  5. Enter the Quantity of Leads desired.
    Note: A minimum quantity of 5 is required.

  6. Mark the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions.

  7. Click ‘Place Standing Order’!
