How do I place an order for analog leads?

You’ll place a Standing Lead Order, a weekly subscription service in which you sign up for the maximum amount of analog leads you want to work each week. You’ll pay a deposit to fund the order and the system will deduct the cost of each lead from that balance in real-time as they are assigned to you. This allows for predictable billing and a consistent source of opportunities to help you build a business.

Place an order for Mail-In A leads:

Submit a filled-out Lead Order Form to the leads support dept. in HQ. Lead order forms can be accessed in HQ under Support in the leads section. Here is a step-by-step guide to submitting an order form for Mail-In A Leads:

  1. Login to HQ.

  2. From the left Navigation Menu, select ‘Support’. Click the ‘Leads’ tile from the Support Hub.

  3. Access the ‘Lead Orders’ resource link to download and complete the Lead Order form for the desired Lead Type.

  4. Fill out the form for your desired state and number of leads.
    Note: A minimum of 5 leads is required and the number of states requested cannot exceed the number of leads requested.

  5. Fill out your payment information and ensure all signatures are provided including your Agency Owner.

  6. From the ‘Leads’ Tile, click ‘Submit a Support Ticket’ at the bottom of the page.

  7. Enter your name, E-mail, and “Standing A Lead order submission” as the description of your request.

  8. Attach the completed Lead Order Form as a file.

  9. Click ‘Submit’ and you will be notified once your order has been received and processed.

Place an order for Call-In A leads:

Prior to placing an order, be sure you have a valid default credit card on file in your ledger in HQ. You can access your ledger by clicking the person icon in the top right corner then selecting ’Add Credit Card’ or following this Account Ledger Link. Here is a step-by-step guide to submitting an order form for Call-In A Leads:

  1. From the left Navigation Menu, select ‘Leads’ to expand the Lead Administration submenu.

  2. Select the desired Lead Category: ‘Call-In Leads’ (CI)

  3. Click ‘Create a New Order’ to open the digital order form window.

  4. Expand the States dropdown and mark the box next to the desired States.
    Note: The number of states requested cannot exceed the number of leads requested.

  5. Enter the Quantity of Leads desired.

    Note: A minimum quantity of 5 is required.

  6. Mark the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions.

  7. Click ‘Place Standing Order’.
