We understand the unexpected can occur and we are here to help as we can. Purchased leads are non-refundable, however, we can transfer leads to another agent if they were purchased within 30 days of the request to transfer! We suggest reaching out to your AO to see if they know of another agent who would be interested in these transferred leads. Lead Transfer fee is $5 per lead, or $25 per lead order and any repayment for the leads is handled between agents and not in the corporate office.
How to transfer a lead:
Have your Agency Owner submit a Leads support ticket in HQ with the information below:
Who originally had the lead?
What is the lead TYPE & LEVEL?
When was the lead first assigned?
Who is the lead being transferred to (& why was the lead shared with this agent)?
Lead Order number?
Whose credit card will be charged the $5 per lead transfer fee or $25 per order.
(Note: Please be sure to include the last 4 digits of the card and the card must be a card that is already on file.)7Were these app(s) entered as referrals?
(Note: If yes, please delete the referral in OPT.)Has the status on this lead been changed from new lead? (If yes, please have the agent cancel/change the status to a transferable status i.e. "appt canceled".)
