How do I transfer a lead?

Lead Transfer Guidelines:

  • Requests for a lead transfer should be submitted via a Leads support ticket in HQ

    with the details below provided. Requests submitted without this information will be returned.

  • All lead transfer requests must be submitted by an Agency Owner.

  • Lead transfer requests may only be placed on leads in an active agent's

    account. Leads must be assigned to the individual who will submit business on the lead.

  • Leads may only be transferred if the leads were assigned within the last 30 days.

  • Lead transfer requests are subject to a processing fee of $5.00 per lead or

    $25.00 per order.

  • PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE THE STATUS OF THE LEAD FROM "NEW LEAD"
    The system will not allow a lead to be transferred if the status is anything other

    than “New Lead”.

Have your Agency Owner submit a Leads Support ticket in Quility HQ with the information below:

  1. Who originally had the lead?

  2. What is the lead TYPE & LEVEL?

  3. When was the lead first assigned?

  4. Who is the lead being transferred to (& why was the lead shared with this agent)?

  5. Lead Order number?

  6. Whose credit card will be charged the $5 per lead transfer fee or $25 per order (please be sure to include the last 4 digits of the card, THIS MUST BE A CARD THAT IS ALREADY ON FILE)?

  7. Were these app(s) entered as referrals? (if "yes", please delete the referral in OPT)

  8. Has the status on this lead been changed from new lead? (if "yes" please have the agent cancel/change the status to a transferrable status i.e. "appt cancelled")

Please attach a PDF copy of the lead(s) to be transferred
