Captello does not stop working when offline for the Badge Scanner the Business Card Scanner and Lists (as long as the list was loaded before going offline).
IntelliScan, Activations and CRM/NPI Lookup do not work in offline mode.
You can still submit leads, which are going to be saved on your device until it becomes online, then they will count as successful submissions, even when the event is connected to an API using a devkit.
Badge Scanner
Follow the steps below to use Captello while offline:

Scan leads normally.
You will get a 'Could not fetch badge data' error, and a 'scanned' grayed text on contact fields. That's okay! You can go ahead and fill the qualifying information, then tap submit.
On the Events screen, the submissions show under the red error icon.
When internet is back, the submission goes to successful submissions.
Business Card Scanner
When scanning a business card while offline, you will get the following error: "No internet connection to run OCR". That is okay! Submit the lead, and once Internet is available, the card will be transcribed in the background.
This also applies to Business Card rapid scanning
On the Events screen, the submissions show under the red error icon.
When internet is back, the submission goes to successful submissions.
Lists
Lists will work normally while offline as long as they were loaded before going offline. They will stay loaded and will allow.
On iOS, please make sure to NOT sync the list while offline, it will cause the list to disappear.
IntelliScan, Activations and CRM/NPI Lookup
IntelliScan, Activations and CRM/NPI Lookups are not supported in Offline mode.
