Overview
Capture From Labels provides a way to categorize and control access to capture forms. This feature not only makes it easier to search for and filter capture forms but it also can be used to restrict access to them.
Labels can be assigned to capture forms, templates, and users/teams. Once a form has a label, it can be filtered using the label, also, access to viewing it can be restricted to users who do not have the respective labels added to them with security profile permissions.
Assigning a Label to a Capture form
From your Form, navigate to 'Properties' and Scroll down till you find 'Labels' to add your label.
You can now search from 'Events > Capture' using that label. Go to the search filters and type your label, as shown:

To assign a label to a user, follow the steps below:
From ‘Setup’, Navigate to ‘Users > All Users’,
Select your desired user, click on the drop-down menu, and choose “Capture Form Labels”.
Assigning a Label to a Team
Labels can be assigned to whole teams instead of manually assigning them to single users.
To assign a label to a team, follow the steps below:
From ‘Setup’, Navigate to ‘Users > Teams’ :
Select your desired team and from the drop-down menu on the right, select ‘Capture Form Label’
Restrict Access to Capture Forms and Templates

The following security profile permissions are responsible for allowing view access (ability to see) to the capture forms and templates that have the Labels that the users have assigned to themselves:
Manage Event Templates with Assigned Labels: Allows users to view templates with labels that the users are assigned to.
Manage Events with Assigned Labels: Allows users to view capture forms with labels that the users are assigned to.
For instance, users with these permissions enabled in their security profiles can view capture forms and templates with the same labels as their assigned permissions.
