In Learned's job matrix, you can see several uses for our AI assistant Luca. For example, you can ask him to create a complete job profile, add skills or a description to a job, or translate it. This article briefly explains all the applications of our AI in the job matrix.
Generating a complete job profile.
To do this, as Admin, you go to the job matrix in Learned. When you click +new job, you can create a new job profile. Here you see the option to search for a job template, or job profile from Learned's database.
Should you want to create a new job profile, outside of Learned's database, click create new job for [job title].
Then click on "Use Luca AI. A full AI rendered job profile will be created for you. This will take about 30 to 60 seconds. You can still modify the job profile as you wish.
Generating and translating descriptions using AI
When you choose the option to create a job description manually, for example, if you want to add an existing custom job profile to Learned. See the as yet options to generate a description. To do this, click on 'Generate description':
When a description is added to the job profile, and multiple languages are selected to create the profile in, you will see the option to translate the description. To do this, click on 'Translate description':
Generate and translate skills or KPIs using AI
The same option as for generating a job description can be seen in steps 2 through 5 of creating a job profile. You can also have Luca generate skills or KPIs for a position. To do so, click on 'Generate skills':
