With the new update, Admin can optionally make previous scores visible when the employee and manager prepare a review. This applies to skill evaluation questions as well as score and text questions.

Do you work with AFAS/Nmbrs/HiBob or Personio? Good news! From now on, evaluation forms can be sent to your HRIS when you have linked Learned with one of these systems ๐๐.

A user-friendly sidebar in (the fill-in view of) the review report with live data on job profile, goals and now historical review reports. ๐ For more information, check this article!
