The Learned platform offers various integration options with personnel systems (HRIS).
By linking with the systems listed below, it is possible to forward a PDF export of an evaluation report in Learned to an external personnel file outside Learned.
AFAS;
Nmbrs;
Personio;
HiBob.
❗️: This feature only applies to integrations created via the ‘Integrations (new)’ page.
You can choose to do these mutations manually or have the forwarding take place automatically. You determine this in the settings of your integration. By clicking on the settings cogwheel.
When you choose ‘Automatic > Yes’, evaluation reports will be automatically forwarded to your HRIS when the review (cycle) is archived. It will additionally be possible to send a second version manually.
💡: Archiving a cycle also happens automatically by default. 30 days after the end date.
When you choose ‘Automatic > No’, you keep control over when a review is forwarded to your HRIS by a manual action in one of the following places:
In a review report, below 'Review details'.
Within a review cycle, By clicking an employee and scrolling down all the way.
Multiple versions of a PDF export can be sent to your HRIS, by clicking the button several times, for example after modifying or sharing the input.
❗️: These manual actions can only be performed on an archived review and by an Admin.
When creating the integration, it will not yet be possible to change the settings for automatic PDF export right away. This will take about 10 minutes. Come back for this later.
You will also have to select a category in these settings. This is the field in your HRIS to which the PDF export will be added via the integration. If you do not select a category, the top category will be selected automatically.
