An admin can decide whether new managers should get access to past review reports. This only happens with explicit approval from the organization.

Access to reviews during an active review cycle

Follow these steps to add a new manager to an active review cycle:

  1. Go to Reviews > Review cycles.

  2. Open the relevant review cycle and click Edit in the top right corner.

  3. Navigate to step 2 "Select employees."

  4. Click on the employee to whom the change applies; a pop-up will open.

  5. Update the coach and guest if the new coach needs to provide input and be present at the conversation.

  6. Save the changes.

Access to previous reviews

Follow the steps below to give a new manager access to reports from previous reviews:

  1. Go to Reviews > Review cycles.

  2. Open the relevant review cycle and click Edit in the top right corner.

  3. Navigate to step 3 "Settings."

  4. Enable the option to grant new managers or coaches access to previous reviews.

  5. Save the changes. The new manager now has the ability to view an employee’s past review reports.

❗️Note: When your review cycle has been archived, you must first unarchive the cycle before you can adjust the privacy setting.
