When creating a review (cycle), you must select a coach providing review and a guest for each employee. By default, the coach providing review and the guest are the same, based on the team structure as set up in Learned.
Coach providing review:
The coach providing review is the coach selected to conduct a coach evaluation. This means that the coach will prepare the review together with the employee. The coach provides the employee with input and feedback to discuss during the review conversation.
Guests:
Guests are invited to the review without providing input. Examples include an HR manager, the manager's manager or a buddy. It is important for them to be present during the actual conversation, but they do not need to prepare for the conversation and therefore do not need to provide the employee with input and feedback. A guest will have to sign the report if digital signing is enabled. In addition, it is also the guestโs responsibility to schedule a date and time for the conversation when this option is activated during the creation of the review cycle.
๐ก: In some cases, multiple coaches providing input or guests are selected for an employee. You have the option to make changes here. This can be done both when creating an review (cycle) or after the cycle has been published.
