The review coach is the one who prepares the conversation with the employee(guest) using the template for the development conversation. The guest is either the coach or a colleague who conducts the actual development conversation with the employee. When there are more coaches in a team, the review coach does not always have to be the same as the guest.
What is the difference between a review coach and a participant?
