When 360° feedback is requested in the development conversation, employees are given the task of asking peers for feedback. As a conversation coach, it is also possible to update these peers. To do this, go to your Development page - Conversations and go to the tab 'About someone else'. Open the development conversation. Then click on the task overview. Behind the task for the employee to ask peers for input, you will find the option to update the peers. You will see which peers the employee has asked, and you as a conversation coach can also add other peers.

Note: Updating peers is only possible for the conversation coach. The review coach does not have the option to add peers.
