To add a coach to an active conversation round, go to the Development page - Conversations - Conversation cycle - Desired conversation.

On the overview page, click on the employee to which the coach should be added on the 3 bullets on the far right. Then choose Update nominated coaches / Update nominated participants and add the desired coach to the conversation to this employee.
