Updating peers is only possible for a employee, an Admin or a coach as the originator of the evaluation. The guest(s) present at the review do not have this option for updating colleagues.

Also, if you are a coach of an employee, in an review cycle created by an Admin, it will not be possible to make changes to an employee's peers.
