No, it is not possible to plan 1:1 conversations for the whole organisation at once, like you can with the development conversations. Admin, coaches and employees all have the option to plan 1:1 conversations when enabled in your organisation. A 1:1 conversation can also be scheduled as a series.

As Admin you have the option to create a 1:1 template which coaches and employees can use for their 1:1 conversations.
