Where you can create 1:1 meeting templates
1:1 meeting templates can be created as admin by navigating to your 1-1's page in the left menu. You then navigate to the tab 'Templates'. On this page you will see an overview of all 1:1 templates that have been created. When clicking on the button 'Create template' the module to create a new template opens.
How to create a 1:1 template
Click the 'Create template' button. The module to create a template opens.
Step 1. Choose a name
Choose a descriptive name for your template. This is also the name that the coaches and employees see when they browse through the templates. For example: Template for weekly 1:1 meeting.
Step 2. Add a description (optional)
If desired, a description can be added to the template. If this template is selected when creating a 1:1 meeting, this description will be used as a description of the 1:1 meeting. The description can be adjusted when creating the 1:1 meeting. Below you can see where the description is loaded.
Use the description field to give an instruction to the employees and coaches who have to conduct the conversation.
Step 3. Add talking points
In this step you will fill the template with the talking points. The talking points are the topics that are discussed in the conversation. For example, a common template for a 1:1 meeting has the following talking points:
How often did you enjoy going to work last week?
What progress have you made with your goals and action points last week?
What are blockages you need help with?
What are your priorities for this week?
Is there anything else you would like to discuss?
These talking points are therefore added to the conversation when using the template. That looks like this.
โ๏ธNote: Templates for 1-1s and team meetings can only be created by Admins. Coaches and/or users can only use the template when creating a 1-1 conversation.
Who can use the template and where to find it
Within Learned, both coaches and employees can schedule 1:1 meetings. Both can also use the 1:1 templates that you create as an admin. When creating a 1:1 meeting, the coach or employee is asked if he or she wants to use a template.
