Completing the conversation is a standard task that employee and coach must complete. When they complete the conversation, the conversation report will be locked and nothing can be changed anymore. This is a good option for less formal conversations.
If you choose to have the conversation digitally signed, you have two options to switch on:
Employee signs for actually having seen the report
Employee signs for agreeing with the contents of the report
Employee hereby indicates that he or she has knowingly seen the report and agrees with the contents of the report. After signing, the interview report will also be locked. Digital signing is a good option for more formal conversations.
