Changing the date of an review call can only be done by the guests and the participating employee.
When you navigate to the relevant module as an employee or guest, you can change the scheduled date of the call.
In the sidebar, scroll down to the 'review details' section and click it open.
Then click on 'plan conversation' to plan the conversation.
A pop-up screen appears where you can schedule the conversation. Don't forget to save.
To change the suggested date and/or time, in the same section, hover your mouse over the date and time already set, and click on the pencil icon.
