How can I determine or change the date of a review?

When the option to invite participants when creating a review cycle is enabled, a date and time to discuss the review report can be set via Learned.

❗️: Scheduling or changing the date of a review conversation can only be done by the guests (present at the conversation), and the employee in question.

💡: If still unsuccessful, 7 days after the start date, an e-mail reminder will be sent out to the guest and employee to make sure they schedule a time to discuss the report.

When enabled, you can navigate directly to the review module as an employee or guest and schedule or change a date in the review report.

To do this, scroll down the left-hand sidebar to the ‘evaluation details’ section and click it open.

Then click on ‘Schedule conversation’ to schedule the conversation.

A pop-up screen will appear where you can schedule the call. Don't forget to save.

To change the suggested date and/or time, in the same section, hover your mouse over the date and time already set, and click the pencil icon.
