In the Learned Performance report you can see your own performance score over time. With the help of this report you can easily see your own development on different themes. As a result, this report can also help you to take the next step in your career. In this article we will explain what you can see in the Performance report and how you can get started with it.
Performance report for employee
As an employee you can view your own performance in a report. You do this via the Report button in the lower left corner of the menu.
You can view your own Performance report in 4 different ways:
Over time: Here you will see a timeline with your Performance score based on your coach's input. When you have had multiple reviews, you will see your score here over time. So here you can see at a glance your Performance score over time. You can also compare the score you received from your coach here with your own score and that of your peers when checked in the right sidebar. These scores appear with a dotted line in the report.
By theme over time: Here you can see your coach's scores by theme over time. Again, you have the option to compare your scores with your own scores or those of your peers. The score you see here on theme level is an average score on all questions related to that theme.
Again, you have the option of comparing your scores with your self-assessment scores or the scores of your peers.
By skill (spider): Through this report you will see your skill reviews reflected in the familiar spider diagram. Compare the scores with those of yourself and your peers.
By default this spider diagram is filtered on the interpersonal skill category. You can also choose to view skills from other categories in the right bar under the filters.
Per skill over time: Here you can see your skill reviews over time. So you can see at a glance whether you have made progress within the skills and competencies linked to your job profile.
π‘: Click on the indicator to the left of the skill to unfold it. This way you can see the behavioral examples belonging to the skill, and see which specific behaviors might cause a score to be lower.
