How it works
Add insurance to your device when you sign up. If something happens, you can submit a claim on Raylo’s behalf in your Raylo account. Once accepted:
For accidental damage, you’ll be guided through the repair process
For loss or theft, you’ll get a replacement device by next-day delivery
What’s the excess?
An excess is the amount you pay towards the cost of a claim - this is standard with most insurance providers. It varies depending on your device and the type of claim. You’ll see the exact amount when you submit a claim in your Raylo account.
