Cover for life’s mishaps

Raylo Insurance is optional, but it’s a smart way to protect your tech if something unexpected happens. Accidental damage, theft, or loss? You’re covered.

What’s covered

With Raylo Insurance, your device is protected for:

  • Accidental damage

  • Theft or loss

  • Worldwide trips (up to 30 days)

You’ll find the full Insurance Policy Summary here.

How it works

Add insurance to your device when you sign up. If something happens, you can submit a claim on Raylo’s behalf in your Raylo account. Once accepted:

  • For accidental damage, you’ll be guided through the repair process

  • For loss or theft, you’ll get a replacement device by next-day delivery

What’s the excess?

An excess is the amount you pay towards the cost of a claim - this is standard with most insurance providers. It varies depending on your device and the type of claim. You’ll see the exact amount when you submit a claim in your Raylo account.

FAQs

Why would I need insurance?

For added peace of mind. Accidents happen, and insurance protects you from the high cost of repairs or replacements if your device is lost, stolen or damaged.

Is my tech insured while I’m on holiday?

Yes - Raylo Insurance covers the device while travelling, as long as you’re away for less than 30 consecutive days. Just be sure to follow any local safety precautions.

Can I use my own insurance?

Absolutely. If you prefer, you can use your own insurance. We’d recommend checking that it covers:

  • Use outside the home.

  • Accidental damage, theft, and loss.

  • The device make and model.

Can I add or remove insurance later?

No, insurance must be opted into when signing up for your lease. Once your lease is active, insurance cannot be added or removed.
