How do I return under warranty?
Open the chat messenger:
Select the chat icon in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.
If you’re already viewing this in the messenger or on the app, select the back arrow to return to the main menu.
Select “Send us a message”.
Choose “Wait for the team”.
Select “I have a problem with my device” and follow the steps provided.
