Do you want to kick-off as soon as possible? Use the following checklist and links to make sure you have everything you need for a successful loyalty and CRM setup.

Attracting new customers

You can use our Forms feature to create an easy sign up process for your loyal customers so that they can join in a matter of seconds. Simply decide what data you want collect & include these fields in the Form. Then, make sure it’s pretty and include a strong call to action!

Every sign-up form has a unique QR code and URL that can be maximised for promotion through all channels. It is important to cast a wide net of your customer base to maximise data collection and email marketing in the future. This will allow you to know more about your customer base so you can grow your business better in the future.

Contrary to rewards, vouchers are one-time deals used for promotion. They can also be included in emails to send out newsletters and keep your email subscription & open rate high. Combine these with seasonal deals and various market segments to grow sales.

It is important to create an automated customer journey for those joining the program. Welcoming new members and introducing your brand with a first impression is key. Explain the parameters and rules of your loyalty & include a bonus point or voucher as a sign up incentive.

Growing your business

Use the reports tool to monitor all the activity taking place at the various points of engagement within your business.
