Assigning the right access level to your colleagues ensures they have the tools they need to succeed while keeping sensitive areas like billing secure. In this article, we’ll explain the differences between the available access levels: Admin, Full Access User, and User.

Understanding Access Levels

1. Admin

  • Full access to all app features, including sensitive areas like billing in the "Pricing Plan" section.

  • Best for business owners or team members responsible for managing subscriptions and financial settings.

2. Full Access User

  • Has access to all features except billing.

  • Ideal for team members who need comprehensive access to data and tools but don’t handle billing.

3. User

  • Permissions are customizable, allowing access only to specific sections of the app.

  • Suitable for colleagues with specialized roles, such as marketing assistants or data analysts, who don’t require full access.
    For example:

    • A marketing team member may only have access to Advertising Analytics and Competitor Insights.

    • A financial team member may only view Cost and Expenses or Business Reports.

By understanding the access levels, you can ensure your team members have the appropriate permissions to collaborate effectively while maintaining control over sensitive areas. If you have further questions, feel free to reach out to our support team!
