Yes, you can exclude specific orders from being included in your Lebesgue data analysis. This allows you to refine your reports by excluding certain sources of orders that may not reflect your primary sales performance.
How to Exclude Orders
Go to Shop Settings
Navigate to Settings > Shop Settings in the Lebesgue app.
Select Order Exclusion
Click on the Order Exclusion tab to access the list of sources.
Choose the Order Sources to Exclude
You will see a list of order sources such as:
Facebook & Instagram
Shopify Shop
Online Store
Point of Sale
Draft Orders
Exclude or Include Orders
Click Exclude to remove orders from a specific source from your reports.
If you want to re-include them later, simply click Include.
Save Changes
Click the Save button to apply the changes.
Why Would You Exclude Orders?
Excluding orders can be useful if:
You want to exclude refunds or returns from certain platforms.
You need to remove test orders or internal purchases.
You only want to analyze specific sales channels.
Once excluded, these orders will not appear in your analytics and will not impact your key metrics.
