How to Exclude Customers from LTV Analysis:
Navigate to LTV Analysis within your Lebesgue app dashboard.
Click the Custom filter button in the upper right corner.
Under the "Exclude customers" section, you’ll find multiple criteria to choose from, including:
Country

Customer Tag
Select the categories and values you want to exclude and click Apply.
Example Use Cases:
Filter out low-performing channels:
Exclude customers acquired from channels you're no longer actively using to focus on current, relevant marketing channels.
Exclude specific discounts:
If a special promotion skewed your results, exclude customers who redeemed that discount code from the LTV analysis.
This customization ensures your LTV analysis reflects accurate business performance and helps you strategize effectively based on genuine customer behavior.
