The Creative Strategy feature in the Lebesgue app is designed to help you optimize your ad creatives, ensuring you're using the most effective content to drive performance.

By providing deep insights into your budget distribution, ad effectiveness, and creative performance, this feature enables you to refine your strategy and improve ROAS.

Creative Strategy consists of three main components:

  1. Budget Split Optimizer – Understand how your budget is distributed among different creative types, promotional vs. non-promotional ads, and prospecting vs. retargeting campaigns.

  2. Creative Catalog – View all your ad creatives in one place and analyze their performance.

  3. AI-Powered Creative Feedback – Get detailed insights and actionable recommendations on individual ads to improve performance.

Budget Split Optimizer

The Budget Split Optimizer provides a visual breakdown of how your ad spend is distributed. This feature is divided into three key sections:

1. Creative Type

The Creative Type section shows where your budget is being allocated across different types of ads, such as:

  • Dynamic ads

  • Product catalog ads

Tip:

  • Don't put all your eggs in one basket! By leveraging a mix of creative types, you can reach users of various preferences, ensuring your messaging resonates across multiple audience segments.

  • Dynamic ads tend to work best for retargeting, while product catalog ads are great for promoting multiple products simultaneously.

2. Discount-Based Ads

This insight helps you compare the effectiveness of:

  • Promotional ads (offering discounts)

  • Non-promotional ads (standard product ads)

You can analyze:

  • How often you run promotional ads

  • How much you spend on them

  • Whether they perform better than non-promotional ads

Additionally, this feature tracks promotional days—a promotional day is defined as any day where at least 25% of your budget was spent on discount-based ads.

Why This Matters:

  • Promotional ads can increase conversions, but they may also reduce profit margins if overused.

  • The tool helps determine if discounts are truly driving better ROAS or if non-promotional ads perform just as well (or better).

3. Targeting Strategy

This section breaks down your budget split between:

  • Prospecting ads – Targeting new potential customers.

  • Retargeting ads – Engaging people who have previously interacted with your brand.

Best Practice:

  • Prospecting ads drive brand awareness and long-term growth.

  • Retargeting ads increase ROAS by converting interested users into buyers.

  • Ideal split: 85% on prospecting, 15% on retargeting to ensure business scalability while maintaining a strong conversion rate.

Creative Catalog

The Creative Catalog allows you to analyze all your ad creatives in one place, giving you a data-driven view of your performance.

Key Features:

  • Select a custom time period to analyze performance trends.

  • Filter through ad types:

    • All

    • Prospecting

    • Retargeting

  • Sort ads based on:

    • Spend

    • AOV (Average Order Value)

    • Add to Cart Rate

    • Add to Carts

    • CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)

    • CPC (Cost Per Click)

    • CPM (Cost Per Mille)

    • CTR (Click-Through Rate)

    • Clicks

    • CR (Conversion Rate)

    • Conversion Value

    • Creative Score

    • Impressions

    • Initiate Checkout Rate

    • Initiate Checkouts

    • Purchases

    • ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)

  • Only the top 100 ads by spend are displayed, ensuring that you focus on the most impactful creatives.

Why This Matters:

  • Get a bird’s-eye view of all creatives to identify winning ad formats.

  • See which ads underperform and eliminate wasteful spending.

AI-Powered Creative Feedback

One of the most powerful features in Creative Strategy is AI-driven creative feedback that helps you refine your ads.

How It Works:

  1. Click on an ad in the Creative Catalog.

  2. Click the "Get AI Feedback" button.

  3. A popup window will appear with a breakdown of:

    • Strengths of the ad

    • Potential improvements

    • Suggested ad variations to test

Why This Is Valuable:

  • Instant performance analysis – Understand what’s working and what’s not.

  • Actionable insights – AI suggests copy and design improvements for better engagement.

  • Competitive advantage – Learn from top-performing ads and tweak underperformers.

For example, if your competitor’s ad copy focuses on specific product features, but yours is too broad, the AI might suggest making it more product-focused to drive higher engagement.

Why Use Creative Strategy?

  • Make data-driven creative decisions – See which creative types and ad formats perform best.

  • Improve efficiency – Focus on high-performing ads while cutting ineffective ones.

  • AI-driven recommendations – Get expert-level creative feedback without hiring external agencies.

Pro Tip:

  • Regularly test different ad variations based on AI feedback.

  • Optimize your budget split between creative types, discount strategies, and targeting to maximize ROAS.
