Before you can log in to CaseMatters Evo, you need to activate your Access Evo account. Your Access Evo admin will set up your account and trigger a sign-in email - once you receive it, follow the steps below to get set up.
Step 1: Find your sign-in email
Once your account has been created, you'll receive an email inviting you to sign in to Access Evo. Look out for this in your inbox (and check your junk folder if you can't find it).
Step 2: Set up your name and password
Open the email and click Join.
Enter your first and last name and click Sign Up.
Enter a password for your account.
Click Set my password.
Step 3: Sign in
Enter your new password.
Click Sign in.
That's it - your Access Evo account is now active and you're ready to access CaseMatters Evo.
Didn't receive an email? Check with your Evo admin to confirm your account has been created and that the invite was sent to the correct email address.
