We've upgraded the Access Legal Compliance software, formally known as Riliance Legal Compliance, to Access Evo. If you are a user created before the upgrade, either log in for the first time from your normal RIliance login page and complete the upgrade wizard, or log in via the welcome email.
Note: An Access Evo user account is created using your email address on the Compliance Software. All active accounts on the Compliance Software get pulled over in the upgrade. If you already have an account with this email address on Access Evo you won't receive the welcome email, and you can go to the normal login page and follow the instructions detailed below.
After you've completed the initial sign-in process once, continue to sign in with your set email and password on go.accessacloud.com to launch the Compliance Software.
Sign in for the first time via the Riliance login page
If you are signing into Access Evo via the existing home page, please follow the below steps:
On your normal login page, enter your email address then click Next.
Note: A message pops up confirming that the platform has now been upgraded to Access Evo.Click the Click here to begin button.
Click one of the following options:
It's my first time signing into Access Evo. Click here if you have never previously used Access Evo, and are logging in for the first time.
I already have an Access Evo account. Click here if you have an existing account on Access Evo. You will then be taken to Access Evo and be able to sign into your account as normal.
An email is sent to you from Access Evo containing a verification code. Once you have received this email, enter the verification code.
Note: Your email address is already populated, this is the address that the verification code goes to.Click Verify my email address.
Create a new password, then click Set my password.
Enter your email address and password, then click Sign into Evo.
Enter your password again then click Sign In.
Sign in for the first time via the welcome email
If you don't have a profile on Access Evo already, we'll send an invitation email inviting you to set up your account. To complete this:
In the invitation email, click Join.
Create a new password then click Set my password.
Tip: If you've deleted your Access Evo invitation email, ask your Access Evo administrator to resend it. If you're not sure who this is, please check with your IT department, Manager or HR team, as they are usually the best people to ask.
The link to log in to Access Evo
You will need to follow the steps from the normal Compliance system login page after the migration, even if you've already signed in to Access Evo before for another product. After doing this, you will then be able to go to the login page and use your existing credentials to sign in from then on. If you need to send this to your staff, the link is go.accessacloud.com.
