Please see below our most common queries following the Compliance Software upgrade to Access Evo:

Queries

Can I use Citrix?

It's not possible for you to access Access Evo whilst in a Citrix environment. You need to log in to Access Evo outside of Citrix.

Why aren't my users showing up?

Users only show up for Administrators after they have signed in for the first time.

One of my users has two accounts

Everyone with an active account on the Riliance Compliance Software automatically has an account created on Access Evo, providing the email address is unique. If they already have an account on Access Evo for a different product, Riliance Training for example, with a different email address, an account for each email address is automatically created.

To get the accounts merged, please raise a new case and provide both of the email addresses of the accounts that need to be merged and which one you want to use on Access Evo.

What happens to our existing data?

You can still see all of your current records and settings, just as they are on your current site.

The login button doesn't work

If nothing happens when you click the login button, please make sure that you are following the correct steps for logging in for the first time.

We have pulled through all active users in the upgrade, if you did not have an active account on the Compliance Software, or your account used an incorrect email address, this may be why you are experiencing issues signing in. Please reach out to your Administrator as they may need to create an account for you.

My password isn't working

If you've already signed in for the first time, but your password no longer works for subsequent sign-ins, please try clearing your cache as stored passwords are sometimes auto-populated over ones that you manually type.

Errors

Note: Some errors are caused by the stored data on your computer and you can resolve them by clearing your cache.
