Risk Management Setup

Note: You must have Master user permissions on your profile in order to access the account settings and module setup.

  1. From the home page click Menu (the three horizontal lines in the top left of the screen)

  2. Click Account Settings

  3. Click Module Setup

  4. Click Risk Management

  5. Click Risk Register

Risk Status Setup

  • Click Edit to change the name of an existing risk status

  • Click Disable to remove the risk status from the available options, but retain it where used on records previously

  • Click Delete to completely remove the risk status (Note: This will affect existing records that have used this status, and will show blank when reporting)

  • Set as default option - make this risk status populate by default on new records. If already selected, this option will show as Remove Default to deselect.

  • Click +Add to create a new risk status

    1. Set name for risk status

    2. Click Save

Risk Likelihood Setup

  • Click Edit to change the name, value, colour and description of an existing risk likelihood

  • Click Disable to remove the risk likelihood from the available options, but retain it where used on records previously

  • Click Delete to completely remove the risk likelihood (Note: This will affect existing records that have used this likelihood, and will show blank when reporting)

  • Click +Add to create a new risk likelihood

    1. Set name for risk likelihood

    2. Set risk likelihood value (1=lowest)

    3. Set colour value

    4. Enter risk likelihood description

    5. Click Save

Risk Impact Level Setup

  • Click Edit to change the name of an existing risk impact level name, value, colour and description

  • Click Disable to remove the risk impact level from the available options, but retain it where used on records previously

  • Click Delete to completely remove the risk impact level (Note: This will affect existing records that have used this status, and will show blank when reporting)

  • Click +Add to create a new risk impact level

    1. Set name for risk impact level

    2. Set risk impact level value (1=lowest)

    3. Set colour value

    4. Enter risk impact level description

    5. Click Save

Risk Level Setup

  • Click Edit to change the name of an existing risk level name, range start and colour

  • Click Disable to remove the risk level from the available options, but retain it where used on records previously

  • Click Delete to completely remove the risk level (Note: This will affect existing records that have used this status, and will show blank when reporting)

  • Click +Add to create a new risk level

    1. Set name for risk level

    2. Set range start value (1=lowest)

    3. Set colour value

    4. Click Save
