Each credit is valued at $100.
Clients receive a set number of credits each month based on their plan.
Unused monthly credits expire at the end of each month.
If monthly credits are exhausted, clients can purchase extra credits as needed.
This credit system, combined with our flexible plans, offers a transparent and cost-effective way to manage your legal needs.
What do credits pay for?
Credits are used to pay for Virtual Legal Officers (VLOs) to perform various tasks to support clients:
Managing legal projects and communicating updates
Preparing and maintaining Legal Projects
Responding to client inquiries (with a 24-hour response time)
Suggesting new legal requests and identifying suitable add-ons
Collaborating with service providers on complex tasks
Clients must pay 1 credit to submit a request to their VLO, which authorizes the VLO to begin work. For simple tasks, this initial credit may cover the entire request. For more complex tasks, the VLO will estimate additional credits needed and communicate this to the client.
By using credits, clients can better understand the value of VLO services and have a clearer picture of the costs associated with their legal needs.
Why credits and not hourly billing or retainers?
